Temiz Nefes Project Team developed the Temiz Nefes App as a Free app. This SERVICE isprovided by Temiz Nefes Project Team at no cost and is intended for use as is.
The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will notprocess or share your information in any way except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Developer (referred to as either, "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Project Team on behalf of Ergene Municipality.
Project Team refers to Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University Project Team which developed this service.
University refers to Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University.
Municipality refers to Ergene Municipality.
Data Controller means the natural or legal person who (Jointly or in common with The University) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personalinformation are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Municipality and Tekirdag Namık Kemal University is the Data Controller of yourpersonal Data.
Data Processor(or Service Providers) means any natural or legal person who processes the data or uses the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may share your data with theservice providers in order to process your data more efficiently. For the purposes of thisservice, Project Team is the Service Provider.
Authority Panel refers to non-public web site where all data collected from you can beviewed, reported and downloaded only by data controller and data processor.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of ourService.
Application, known as "TEMIZ NEFES" or "Application", is the product of a project carried out in cooperation with the University and the Municipality. You can reach themobile application called TEMIZ NEFES at www.temiznefes.org
Service refers to the Application.
Country refers to: Turkey
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
KVKK refers to Law on the Protection of Personal data. (Law No. 6698)
Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any otherdevice by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that websiteamong its many uses.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit)
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiableinformation that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable informationmay include, but is not limited to:

These personal data are automatically collected and processed by the Project Team throughthe application of TEMIZ NEFES based on the legal reason stated in Article 5 of the Law onProtection of Personal Data that "it is compulsory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
Your rights under the Article 11 of the KVKK; If you apply to us, your personal data;
● Learning whether it has been processed,
● Requesting information if processed,
● Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
● To know the third persons to whom he / she is transferred at home / abroad,
● Requesting correction if it is incomplete / incorrectly processed,
● Request deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
● To request that the third persons to whom it is transferred be notified of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) above,
● Object to the emergence of a result against you because it is analyzed exclusively with automated systems,
● In the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
Pursuant to the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can send us your request toexercise your above-mentioned rights in writing or by other methods determined by thePersonal Data Protection Board.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IPaddress) time that You visit, and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, unique device identifiers.
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service andstore certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collectand track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.

Alsomunicipality doesn’t have the right to access to your personal data collected through Temiz Nefes app.
● To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods,services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have alreadypurchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
● To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
● With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.
● With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our partner organization, Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University and Ergene Municipality.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary for thepurposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to theextent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required toretain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legalagreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data isgenerally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen thesecurity or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or If We are legally obligated to retainthis data for longer time periods.
We apply KVKK which is Data protection law of Turkey on our personal data collection,storage and management. So, you can always request to delete your personal data from ourservers, you have right to be forgotten.
Your information, including Personal Data, will be processed at the Project Team's operatingoffices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Itmeans that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers locatedoutside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
The Project Team on behalf of Ergene Municipality will take all steps reasonably necessary toensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and KVKK no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and otherpersonal information.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may betransferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomessubject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data ifrequired to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or agovernment agency).
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method oftransmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While Westrive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannotguarantee its absolute security.

We do not use third-party Service providers. Our in house team monitor and analyze the use of our service.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
Our Service does not contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us.
However, we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Unauthorized use, duplication, copying, storage and all other illegal situations of TEMIZ NEFES (Mobile Application; all elements including but not limited to design, text, image and other codes) developed by Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University Project Team The Law No. 556 on the Protection of Trademarks leads to the User's liability in accordance with the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other relevant legislation. By accepting this Privacy Policy, users accept, declare and undertake that they will act in accordance with the rules regarding the use of TEMIZ NEFES. In the event that the Users violate the provisions of this article, TEMIZ NEFES may request the User to correct this situation or, if he wishes, temporarily or permanently cancel the membership of the User without prior notice to the User and apply for legal remedies.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
